Ordering online with the Emily Strange Posse is safe and secure!
We employ a method of interaction with our visitors that does not compromise credit card information. This online system is 100% secure.
We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site. If you wish you may also send us a cheque, but this will delay your order as we must wait for your funds to clear before we ship any merchandise.

We will endeavor to despatch your order as quickly as possible from receipt, subject to stock levels. If there is to be a delay for any reason we will contact you. All quoted delivery times are based on standard working days i.e. Monday - Friday.
All mainland orders will be delivered by our signed for courier service; delivery to outlying and offshore areas of the UK can take up to 7 days for delivery. Orders for Northern Ireland are delivered via Royal Mail.
Mainland UK orders are shipped using Royal Mail parcel delivery and can take 48
. Deliveries need to be signed for, so if you work full time please supply a work address for delivery or ensure someone you trust will be available to sign between 9.00am - 3.00pm. We have no control over when your delivery will take place between these times.
Unfortunately we are unable to accept International orders at this time.
Delivery is charged at £3.99
for orders under £45.00 . Delivery is free of charge for orders
above £45.00 .

Should an item need to be returned you must obtain a returns number from us before returning the item. To obtain your returns number please call us on 08700 853 785 or email enquiries@jackal.co.uk . No return will be accepted without a returns number clearly marked on the outside of the packaging. We can only accept returns up to 14 days from the invoice date.
When contacting us, you MUST have the following information at hand:
- Your order number
- The name of the item you wish to be returned to us
- The reason for your return (faulty, wrong size, un-wanted)
- The outcome you wish (change of size, change of style, refund)
All returned goods received within 14 days of purchasing, in the condition they were purchased with the original box and tags will be given a full refund.
Should you wish to exchange your order please request the alternative item and/or size when requesting your returns number from us. As soon as we receive your returned item your new item will be despatched to you at no extra delivery charge.
If you have received faulty goods please follow the same returns procedure and Emily will provide you with a full refund including the cost of your return postage.
